This is a full-time position, working Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with weekend and on-call responsibilities . As our HVAC Technician, you'll start your day by reporting to our central location before heading into the field, where no two days look the same. You'll put your diagnostic expertise to work as you inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems. You'll perform seasonal tune-ups, complete system cleanings, replace common wear items like filters and capacitors, document findings, and communicate clear recommendations to homeowners. To do this, we're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications : Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on HVAC residential service, installation, and maintenance experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Nice To Haves

  • A current EPA certification (Type I and II or Universal), and additional HVAC-related certifications or specialized training are preferred.
