Requirements
- Proven experience as a HVAC/R Technician with no less than 10 years experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of thermal dynamix and industrial mechanics.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for HVAC equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- EPA systems certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues related to HVAC operations.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to ensure proper installation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
