About The Position

Today Heating & Air is looking for skilled, enthusiastic, and experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians for the Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. Position Summary: To provide maintenance, as well as accurate diagnostic and repair on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Requirements

• Must have valid Georgia Driver’s License and have clean driving record for at least the past three years.
• The driving record (MVR) will be checked prior to employment and must be acceptable to our insurance company.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Demonstrate accurate knowledge of service tools and testing devices
• Demonstrate ability to perform routine preventative maintenance on residential/ light commercial systems with minimal assistance and supervision
• Demonstrate ability to use current iPad technology for communications and field reporting
• Motivated work ethic
• Attendance
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Strong team player
• Willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years field experience
• High School Diploma
• EPA Certified

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from supervisor and/or dispatch team
• Communicate regularly with customers and the dispatch team in a friendly and efficient manner
• Always maintain professional appearance and attitude
• Complete all service-related forms properly
• Inform, educate, and make recommendations to customers on additional products, replacement options, and services available that are in the customers best interests
• Basic knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques
