Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join their team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding regional position best suited for responsible, self-directed, highly motivated individuals willing to travel and grow in the Telecom industry. Candidates should reside in the Clifton, New Jersey area.

Requirements

Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance.
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.
Must be able to comply with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA Standards.
Candidates should reside in the Clifton, New Jersey area.
Will be required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
Commercial HVAC maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
