About The Position

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This regional position is fast-paced and rewarding, suitable for responsible, self-directed, highly motivated individuals willing to travel and grow in the Telecom industry. Candidates should reside in the Peekskill, New York area.
Requirements
- Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
- 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.
- Will be required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
- Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
- Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
- Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
- Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
