About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a HVAC Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience performing work in HVAC trade
- In-depth knowledge of maintaining and repairing HVAC systems
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
- Must be able to work well in stressful, high pressure situations, including ability to handle guest objections and disputes to satisfactory results
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and performing preventative maintenance of all HVAC systems
- Diagnosing and repairing issues that are found within the systems as needed
- Installation and repair of small HVAC equipment such as PTAC units, condensing units, small RTU’s, etc
- Routine inspection of systems to ensure compliance with all state and local codes and regulations
- Maintain repair and preventative maintenance records
