Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years in HVAC service and installation.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems and using power and hand tools.
  • Experience working in high-end residential settings, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of building codes and blueprints, with the ability to perform basic mathematical functions relevant to the trade.
  • Capable of lifting heavy equipment (minimum of 50 lbs.), climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces or various weather conditions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Punctual, dependable, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and a cooperative attitude toward completing all assigned work.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Service Titan software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Install heating and cooling system upgrades in residential and commercial properties.
  • Perform service and maintenance on existing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, diagnosing and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure systems operate at the highest energy efficiencies possible.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in high-end homes, maintaining professionalism and respect for the client's property.
  • Keep accurate work logs, including job sites, time, equipment, materials, and follow-up recommendations.
  • Work with minimal supervision, using independent decision-making and technical skills to complete tasks.
  • Use equipment, materials, tools, and time responsibly and effectively.
  • Stay aware of safety concerns, adhere to safety practices, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and regulations.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to explain issues, recommend solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
