Pearce is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This regional position is fast-paced and rewarding, suitable for responsible, self-directed, highly motivated individuals willing to travel and grow in the Telecom industry. Candidates should reside in the Paterson, New Jersey area.

Requirements

  • Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
  • 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
  • Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
  • Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
  • Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
  • Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
  • Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
