About The Position
The HVAC Technician II performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in accordance with client expectations and requests The Commercial HVAC Service Technician II performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and refrigeration equipment. This includes controls, chilled water systems, boilers, package units up to 130 tons, split systems and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in accordance with ABM client expectations and requests.
Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls
- Performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned chilled water systems
- Performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned boilers
- Performs maintenance, repairs and installation of various other mechanical, electrical and building systems
