About The Position
THIS IS MAINTENANCENO PER DIEM Key Skills Installation and Repair: Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating units, and refrigeration systems. Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics to plan installations and service calls. Troubleshooting: Skills to diagnose and fix issues in HVAC systems, ensuring efficient operation. Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and wiring, which is crucial for working with HVAC systems. Communication: Effective communication skills to explain HVAC systems and repairs to customer clearly. Customer Service: Ability to interact positively with clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop efficient solutions. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner. Daily Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in an industrial setting. Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups. Diagnose mechanical failures and electrical issues in existing installations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
