Blevins, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Technical Service Advisor to join our team full-time at our location in Alexandria, LA . This position is perfect for someone who thrives in problem-solving and communication. You'll play a vital role in addressing technical challenges, customizing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As the first point of contact, you'll provide courteous and efficient service, working closely with clients and internal teams to maintain our high standards of excellence. Requirements

  • High School or Equivalent Education.
  • HVAC experience required
  • Clean driving record.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Strong written, verbal and organization skills
  • Superior time management and prioritization skills
  • Professional phone etiquette skills a must
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Manufactured Housing equipment (including gas and electric furnaces, A/C's and heat pumps)

Responsibilities

  • Document technical risks, requirements, issues and training
  • Communicate across company teams to ensure appropriate usage
  • Customize and update products, features and documentation
  • Work directly with clients and internal teams to execute technical specifications
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical problems internally and for clients
  • Assist customers in scheduling repairs
  • Attitude is everything - greet service department customers promptly and courteously
  • Strive to meet highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving customers' issues in professional and timely manner
  • Ensure pre-authorization, filing and submission of warranty claims in a timely manner
