Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic mechanical knowledge and comfort working with tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities
• Experience with order or quote processing required
• Experience with Microsoft Office products

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Experience with Infor ERP system is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide phone assistance to customers to resolve product issues and inquiries
• Guide customers and technicians through simple repairs and maintenance
• Receive and process returned products (RMAs)
• Provide accurate estimates for repair
• Document customer interactions and resolutions
