About The Position

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, full-time. Day shift. Monday-Friday 7am-330pm. Rotating weekends. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent. Required
Two (2) year technical diploma. Preferred
Four (4) year mechanical maintenance experience or formal training.
Four (4) year mechanical maintenance experience or formal training in a healthcare setting.
NFPA 99 6040 Certification (within 6 months of hire). Required
Building Operators Certification (BOMA / ASHRAE / ASHE / OTHER). Preferred
EPA Refrigerant Certification. Preferred
If position requires driving a company vehicle, the following requirements apply: Must be 21 years of age to drive a UW Health Fleet vehicle and must be 25 years of age to drive a UW Health vehicle rated for 15 or more passengers.
Ability to be insured by Hospital’s risk management insurer which requires (1) a valid Driver’s License and (2) successfully passing a driving background check. Required
