About The Position

Our Maintenance and Engineering Services team is dedicated to maintaining and repairing both critical and non-critical equipment, building structures and support systems that are integral to maintaining a safe and reliable healthcare environment. We are seeking a Steamfitter to: Install and diagnose pneumatic and DDC controls. Install and maintain steam heating and hot water systems, gas and electric heating systems, heat exchangers for domestic and heating water systems, chilled water, glycol and DX systems. Utilize skills with welding and brazing. Possess knowledge of BAS interface. JCI and Trane systems are a plus. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Five year steamfitter apprenticeship or equivalent apprenticeship Preferred
  • 3 years of service work experience Required
  • 3 years construction / installation of mechanical systems Preferred
  • EPA certification within 6 months Required
  • Journeyman certificate within 6 months Required
  • Valid Driver’s License Required

Nice To Haves

  • JCI and Trane systems are a plus.
