As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our customer's first point of contact, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the HVAC, construction, or related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (Service Titan) and other computer applications.
  • A genuine desire to help customers and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, address inquiries, and provide information about our services.
  • Schedule service appointments, coordinating with customers and our field teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, working to resolve them promptly and effectively while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests in our CRM system (Service Titan).
  • Work closely with other departments, including sales, installation, and service teams, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Assist with inbound sales inquiries, providing information and transferring leads to the sales team as needed.
