You’ll be the friendly voice that helps guide our clients on their journey to switch to solar energy. Your Daily Responsibilities: Engage warmly with customers by answering their calls and addressing their questions with a bright, helpful attitude. Educate potential clients about our solar services and help them understand the benefits of making the switch to renewable energy. Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure they’re well-informed and supported. Resolve customer concerns and issues with empathy and efficiency, making their experience as pleasant as possible. Keep our customer records up-to-date in our CRM system, contributing to a smooth operational flow. Requirements
- A friendly and engaging personality that puts customers at ease!
- Some experience in a call center or customer service role would be fantastic, but we’re also open to newcomers with a positive attitude.
- Great listening skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus.
