Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, Tech Vocational or Equivalent.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Some basic understanding of sheet metal fabrication tools.
- Self-motivated and able to take direction to work independently or be part of a team.
- Basic sheet metal fabrication hand tools.
- Valid CO driver's License with a good driving record.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
Nice To Haves
- 1-year experience fabricating in HVAC sheet metal or construction-related trades.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal to create ductwork and other HVAC components
- Operate various tools and equipment such as shears, brakes, and welding machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Ensure all fabricated parts meet quality standards and specifications
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately
