This high-profile role supports Service & Special Projects at locations including OSU Campus, Children's Hospital, and Military facilities. Candidates must be tech-savvy, have strong communication skills in English, and bring 8-10 years of journeyman-level HVAC experience.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of journeyman-level HVAC experience.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with diagnostic tools, software, and apps.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Able to pass a 12-panel drug screen and maintain a clean military background check.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems in institutional and high-profile facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical HVAC issues efficiently using tools, software, and diagnostic technology.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure system reliability.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with documentation and reporting standards.
