As an HVAC Service Tech at Fix-It 24/7, you’ll be the hero homeowners count on to keep their systems running safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Ability to pass background & drug screening
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Sales/upselling experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot & repair HVAC systems in residential homes
• Perform preventive maintenance on furnaces, A/C units, and more
• Communicate solutions clearly with homeowners & recommend upgrades to improve comfort and efficiency
• Deliver legendary customer service every call, every time
• Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of techs
