Key Responsibilities: You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your role requires a commitment to quality, strong technical skills, and the ability to communicate solutions effectively to our customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience (preferred).
  • EPA certification required; NATE certification is a plus.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in varying environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated, with a commitment to excellence.
  • Familiarity with service management software (ServiceTitan preferably), mobile devices, and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by providing professional, friendly, and transparent service. Educate customers on solutions to improve their comfort and system performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC technologies and best practices. Stay informed about high-end and energy-efficient systems to support our premium customer base.
  • Identify opportunities for system upgrades, maintenance plans, and accessories that enhance the customer experience and system performance. Assist with lead sales to drive value for the customer and the company.
  • Represent the company with a polished appearance, courteous demeanor, and strong work ethic. Respect customer property and leave work areas clean and orderly.
  • Work closely with the service department and management to achieve team goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Participate in community events and initiatives as part of our commitment to giving back to the Austin area.
