HVAC Service Technician (Residential) Standard Heating & Air Conditioning – Birmingham, AL $4,000 SIGN-ON BONUS – APRIL ONLY (Yes, really. Let’s talk.) Requirements
- Experience in residential HVAC service
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable with sales and presenting options
- EPA certification required

- ServiceTitan experience is a plus

Responsibilities
- Run residential service calls (diagnose, repair, and maintain systems)
- Present options and solutions to homeowners
- Deliver a 5-star experience on every call
- Work on heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and condensers
- Stay efficient, organized, and customer-focused
