Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally Educate homeowners on system performance and efficiency Recommend solutions that fit customer needs and budgets Complete accurate documentation using company software Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle Uphold company standards for safety and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Clear communication and strong customer service skills
- Confidence presenting options and discussing pricing
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
