Requirements

• Valid Texas HVAC license (or actively working toward)
• 2+ years of residential service experience preferred
• Comfortable explaining solutions and demonstrating value to homeowners
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Goal-driven mindset with the ability to earn through performance
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Responsibilities

• Run residential HVAC service calls (repairs, replacements, maintenance, system inspections)
• Diagnose issues accurately and present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Educate customers and help them make informed decisions
• Perform high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Maintain a clean, professional job site and company vehicle
• Complete job documentation using ServiceTitan (training provided if needed)
