Requirements

2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
EPA certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs regularly
Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor environments
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components
Perform system installations, replacements, and upgrades
Provide routine maintenance services for heating and cooling systems
Build accurate, on-the-spot repair estimates for customers
Educate customers on system maintenance and recommended repairs
Ensure all work meets local and national HVAC codes
Mentor and support junior technicians
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
Complete service documentation and other tasks as assigned

Base pay: $28–$35+ per hour
