Requirements
- 3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and interpret blueprints
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing
- Willingness to obtain NATE certification within 1 year (we support you)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and system evaluations
- Clearly explain repair options and system performance to customers
- Deliver professional, high-quality customer service on every call
- Communicate with dispatch for efficient routing and job updates
- Safely operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle
