We’ve built our reputation on referrals by delivering reliable service, technical expertise, and long-term customer relationships. We’re hiring a skilled Journeyman HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and mechanical systems. This role requires strong technical ability, independence, and a customer-first mindset.
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman HVAC License (Required)
- HVAC service experience (residential/commercial preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Experience with diagnostic tools (multimeter, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to work independently and on a team
Nice To Haves
- Boiler and refrigeration experience (ammonia a plus)
- Welding or equipment repair experience
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems (AC, furnaces, boilers, refrigeration)
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using diagnostic tools
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Read and interpret schematics and technical documents
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide solutions
- Maintain a clean vehicle and organized job site
- Participate in on-call rotation
