HVAC Technician Needed Become a part of a positive family-oriented team Best in class benefits Opportunity for growth No Sales required Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial and residential HVAC systems Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs. Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components. Complete all work orders with accurate documentation and notes promptly Conduct preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement). Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment in service vehicles. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial or residential HVAC, including EPA Certification
- Possess a set of basic hand tools
- Must possess a hardworking, dependable, and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Clean driving record, criminal record and the ability to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. overhead, climb ladders, and work at heights (e.g., rooftops).
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day.
- Always maintain a professional appearance.

- Computer, phone, and written skills are a plus.
