Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with insurable record
• 4+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• Strong diagnostic skills and customer communication

Nice To Haves

• HVAC Technical School certificate (preferred)
• NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
• Service Titan (preferred but willing to train)

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair residential (and light commercial) HVAC systems
• Diagnose issues accurately and present solutions professionally
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience every visit
• Work according to company standards and safety practices
• Assist with mentoring and training junior technicians
