Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • EAP certification a plus
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
  • Boiler experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC system issues efficiently and accurately (furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation and thermostats).
  • Educate homeowners on system operation, recommended repairs and maintenance options.
  • Proactively recommend upgrades, preventative services, or improvements such air quality system
  • Perform thorough whole-home safety inspections (60–90 minutes per visit)
  • Prepare accurate service quotes and invoices using company software (ServiceTitan)
  • Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training to improve customer communication and technical expertise
  • Complete 3–4 service calls per day
  • Achieve a 70%+ conversion rate on recommended services
  • Conduct comprehensive safety inspections on each call
  • Contribute to membership plan sales
  • Maintain a monthly callback rate of under 3%
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver 5-star customer experiences
