Requirements

Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience (preferred).
EPA certification required; NATE certification is a plus.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in varying environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated, with a commitment to excellence.
Familiarity with service management software (ServiceTitan preferably), mobile devices, and diagnostic tools.

Nice To Haves

NATE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Build lasting relationships with customers by providing professional, friendly, and transparent service. Educate customers on solutions to improve their comfort and system performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC technologies and best practices. Stay informed about high-end and energy-efficient systems to support our premium customer base.
Identify opportunities for system upgrades, maintenance plans, and accessories that enhance the customer experience and system performance. Assist with lead sales to drive value for the customer and the company.
Represent the company with a polished appearance, courteous demeanor, and strong work ethic. Respect customer property and leave work areas clean and orderly.
Work closely with the service department and management to achieve team goals and exceed customer expectations.
Participate in community events and initiatives as part of our commitment to giving back to the Austin area.
