Requirements

• 3+ years residential HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
• Comfort presenting repair and replacement options
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Communicate solutions clearly to homeowners
• Perform safety inspections and system testing
• Document work using company software (e.g., ServiceTitan)
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
