Requirements

Previous experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician or relevant technical training.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a commitment to excellence.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, providing top-tier customer service.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
EPA certification is required.
Weekend and evening availability required

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
Deliver outstanding customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain precise records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Adhere to all safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.
