HVAC Service Technician Journeyman
About The Position
We offer single-source facilities services solutions, including engineering, design, installation, repair, maintenance and operations for commercial real estate, financial, healthcare, technology, educational, and industrial facilities. New England Mechanical Services is currently seeking HVAC Technicians to maintain, trouble shoot, repair, replace, and operate commercial HVAC systems for our Latham, NY Operations Group. We require 5+ years of commercial HVAC systems experience. Strong technical aptitude, familiarity with up-to-date communications technology, and strong communication skills are necessary. Ability to work well within a small team setting.
Requirements
- Commercial HVAC systems experience (5+ years).
- Must have a driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Attend all safety training provided and/or sponsored by NEMSI.
- Follow all NEMSI safety policies, procedures, and use personal protective equipment when performing installation and/or servicing HVAC systems.
- Interact with the client in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining a clean and neat appearance.
- Flexible to work overtime and weekends as demand requires.
