This is a Residential HVAC Service Technician position with an earning potential of $130,000+ Per Year based on performance, with an hourly pay range of $20-35/hr. The role is full-time and year-round, focusing on residential HVAC services in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Requirements

• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards
