Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in HVAC service, repair, and maintenance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and refrigeration cycles

Nice To Haves

• EPA Universal Certification
• Experience with smart thermostats and modern HVAC systems
• Prior customer-facing service experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration-related issues
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate findings clearly and provide honest recommendations to customers
• Document service work and ensure accurate reporting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
• Follow safety standards and ensure all work meets local codes
• Manage service routes efficiently and complete jobs on time
