About The Position

Pay: $18 - $40+ hour; plus commissions/incentives!Earning potential $150K+/year based on performanceSign on Bonus up to $7500.00 Based on experience & license

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC Service experience
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.
