West Allis is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Technician team. $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Sign-On Bonus Details: $5,000 Upon Start and $5,000 at 6 months Pay: $50,000-$120,000 yr + with uncapped profit-sharing potential Schedule: 4-10s Monday-Friday Available Why join THIS team: Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision (100% covered by the company) Disability & Term Life Insurance Matching 401k benefits On-going training & development, & growth opportunities Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) What you will do: Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan Engage with customers/clients to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance What YOU will bring: 1-year experience as an HVAC Service Technician Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check applicable per state law

Responsibilities
