About The Position
ARS is the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with over 7,000 team members and 45 years of experience. This full-time, year-round position offers performance-based pay with earning potential over $100,000 per year.
Requirements
- 3 years of residential HVAC Service experience is required.
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.
