This is a critical position that will be highly visible in our operation. You will help execute our organization’s strategic goals and manage key customer relationships. Additionally, this is a position that offers long-term career growth in service operations and beyond.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of HVAC service experience
- Advanced system knowledge, including a strong understanding of refrigeration cycle, airflow dynamics, and system efficiency
- 2-3 years of experience with different types of HVAC systems, including residential and light commercial units
- 2-3 years of experience working with various control boards, relays, transformers, and sensors
- 2-3 years of independent troubleshooting and repairs, including diagnoses and repairs more complex electrical and mechanical issues, identifying and fixing refrigerant leaks, and recharging systems
- Possess EPA Certification and Texas TDLR Registration
- Proven technical capabilities delivered with customer service in mind
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with and assist customers with their HVAC maintenance, repair, and equipment replacement needs
- Troubleshoot HVAC issues to correct mechanical failures
- Focus on safety and model best safety practices for our team members
- Represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact
- Works on larger RTU’s and split systems, 10-20 tons.
- Performs complex troubleshooting and repairs with minimal supervisor
- Independently handle service calls
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system performance optimization
- Light commercial work
- Positively and professionally represent the DynaTen name and brand to our customers
