As an HVAC Service Technician Apprentice, you’ll support experienced technicians while learning to diagnose, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems. This role is designed to build your skills and knowledge for a long-term career in HVAC service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced service technicians with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems
  • Learn to identify system components, tools, and basic troubleshooting techniques under supervision
  • Help transport and organize tools, equipment, and materials at job sites
  • Follow all safety procedures, including handling refrigerants, electrical components, and heavy equipment
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, service vehicles, and tools
  • Observe and learn customer service best practices, including clear communication and professionalism on-site
  • Complete documentation of work performed and assist in recording materials used
