We are currently seeking a NC Licensed HVAC Service Supervisor to support our expanding service department. This role collaborates closely with the HVAC Service Manager and helps lead, support, and mentor our field technicians. This position is perfect for an experienced HVAC technician seeking to transition into a leadership role while remaining connected to the field. A day in the life of an HVAC Service Supervisor is vibrant and filled with diverse responsibilities. Typically, their day starts with handling service and warranty calls, allowing them to connect with customers and oversee the high-quality work of their team. Throughout the day, they support technicians with challenging service calls, providing invaluable guidance to ensure effective troubleshooting and resolution. The supervisor's day is further enriched by occasional reviews of ServiceTitan documentation and related photos to assist technicians with estimates and customer interactions. Additionally, supervisors play a crucial role in mentoring apprentices, sharing their expertise on proper diagnostic procedures to empower the next generation for success. Their commitment truly enhances both the service experience and the professionalism of the HVAC industry!

Requirements

  • Active North Carolina HVAC License (Required)
  • EPA Certification (Required)
  • 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership or lead technician experience preferred
  • ServiceTitan or similar software experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the HVAC Service Manager with daily service operations
  • Provide technical troubleshooting support to technicians in the field
  • Assist with training, mentoring, and coaching service technicians
  • Ensure technicians follow company standards and safety practices
  • Help resolve customer concerns or escalations
  • Promote a positive culture focused on customer care
