Requirements

• 3+ years of experience
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Nice To Haves

• NATE certification
• 5+ years of experience - eligible for sign-on bonus
• "Service MVP" experience

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with heating and air conditioning equipment
• Repairing residential and light commercial systems
