About The Position

HVAC Manager – Tin Man Heating & Cooling We’re looking for a proven leader to oversee both HVAC service and installation operations at Tin Man Heating & Cooling. This is a critical role as we continue to grow and expand our HVAC department. As our HVAC Manager, you will lead and develop a team of 10 HVAC professionals across both service and installation. You’ll focus on building a high-performing team, improving processes, and ensuring top-tier customer service and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys growing departments, mentoring technicians, and collaborating with leadership to achieve long-term growth and success.

Requirements

  • HVAC experience strongly preferred; leadership experience in a service or install environment required.
  • Proven ability to build and scale teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach HVAC technicians and installers to meet customer needs and department growth targets.
  • Oversee daily operations for both service and install teams, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and hold team members accountable for results.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction across all HVAC jobs.
  • Work closely with dispatch, sales, and leadership teams to optimize scheduling and workflow.
  • Develop and implement strategies to scale the HVAC department and achieve long-term growth objectives.
