About The Position

HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician - Madison, OH (Full-Time W2) NO PRIOR HVAC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Do you have an interest in sales/selling? Hearn Plumbing, Heating, & Air of Madison, OH is a fast-growing family-run business seeking to hire a couple more HVAC [Service & Maintenance] Technicians to represent our company while visiting our Madison, Ohio clients to service, repair, and propose HVAC equipment replacements while keeping up the manufacturer's recommendations and local codes. Requirements

A good attitude and a willingness to learn and be coached/mentored.
Must be customer-service focused & have experience interacting with people (phone or in-person).
Must take pride in your work!
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Basic understanding of math/arithmetic.
Flexible schedule.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Nice To Haves

Prior sales experience or background in selling products/services PLUS, not required.
Previous experience in HVAC as a Technician is a HUGE PLUS, not required.
Prior trade school and/or EPA Universal certification a plus!

Responsibilities

Service, repair, and propose HVAC equipment replacements
Keeping up the manufacturer's recommendations and local codes
