Continue to coach maintenance technicians on best practices. Help improve diagnostic skills, coach on how to be thorough yet efficient during a maintenance. Coach maintenance technicians on how to best maximize their day. Our goal is to create a career for our technicians thru coaching and leading by example. Requirements

  • Strong analytical and technical problem solving skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professional both verbally and in written form.
  • Ability to read and thoroughly understand electrical schematics.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with modern computer systems and software application including the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Problem solving skills are required.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in HVAC field.
  • EPA certification required.
  • Must be able to lift, lower, push, and pull objects of up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
  • Must be able to continually stand, walk, climb, ascend/descend ladders, bend, stoop, crawl, and crouch, frequently in tight spaces, for extended periods of time, in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Must be able to continually use hands/fingers to handle, feel, utilize tools, and operate machinery.
  • Must be able to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid driver license and insurable driving history.
  • Must pass background screen, drug test, and motor vehicle records check.

Nice To Haves

  • NATE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with dispatch & other field supervisors on performance of maintenance technicians.
  • Perform 1-1's with technicians.
  • Set goals and track progression.
  • Help put together maintenance meeting topics and execute.
  • Continue to train technical training with technicians.
  • Provide field support for all technicians.
