Job Summary

Oversees HVAC Service Technicians and HVAC Maintenance Technicians. Continue to coach maintenance technicians on best practices. Help improve diagnostic skills, coach on how to be thorough yet efficient during a maintenance. Coach maintenance technicians on how to best maximize their day. Our goal is to create a career for our technicians thru coaching and leading by example. Requirements

• Strong analytical and technical problem solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate professional both verbally and in written form.
• Ability to read and thoroughly understand electrical schematics.
• Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with modern computer systems and software application including the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Problem solving skills are required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience working in HVAC field.
• EPA certification required.
• Must be able to lift, lower, push, and pull objects of up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Must be able to continually stand, walk, climb, ascend/descend ladders, bend, stoop, crawl, and crouch, frequently in tight spaces, for extended periods of time, in indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Must be able to continually use hands/fingers to handle, feel, utilize tools, and operate machinery.
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid driver license and insurable driving history.
• Must pass background screen, drug test, and motor vehicle records check.

Nice To Haves

• NATE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with dispatch & other field supervisors on performance of maintenance technicians.
• Perform 1-1's with technicians.
• Set goals and track progression.
• Help put together maintenance meeting topics and execute.
• Continue to train technical training with technicians.
• Provide field support for all technicians.
