We provide premium maintenance, installation, and repair service of heating and cooling systems for both residential homeowners and commercial properties. We are currently looking for a HVAC Service Dispatcher - Schedule Coordinator to join our team! This position requires a motivated person that is detail oriented and ability to work as a team member to ensure superior service to all our customers.

Requirements

2+ years of related experience in an office setting, dispatching, scheduling, or project coordination (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Stellar customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), MS Outlook, and Adobe.
Experience with CRM databases

Nice To Haves

HVAC or similar industry experience is a plus.
Geographical knowledge of Dallas area/zip codes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls
Maintain the Service Technicians' daily schedules and verifying all information as each job is closed out
Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in for repairs.
Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians.
Maintain customer database with current information.
Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers
Job costing and some project & labor management.
Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing.
