The HVAC Selling Technician is a customer-facing role that combines strong residential HVAC technical skills with a consultative approach to recommending solutions. This position is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving a wide range of residential heating and cooling issues, while helping homeowners understand their options for repairs, system improvements, or full HVAC replacements. In this position, you’ll be the face of the company in the home. That means not just fixing the problem, but clearly explaining what’s going on, answering questions, and recommending the best path forward based on the homeowner’s needs and budget.
