Seriously Elite. 20% commission on services you sell and complete 8–12% commission on equipment you sell that others install (yes, you can discount) 5% commission on leads you pass that get completed by others (all 3 trades) Up to $50 per membership signup 1–5% commission on tech-generated cross-trade leads (plumbing/drains/electrical) Prefer hourly pay instead? Requirements
- 1+ year of HVAC experience (residential preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- 18+ years old
- Proven sales / selling experience in residential HVAC
- Brings energy, accountability, and a get-after-it mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, always-improving environment
- Hungry to learn and level up
- Strong communicator with both teammates and homeowners
