Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC sales
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Professional, clean-cut appearance
• Good attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Manual J calculations
• Physically able to move equipment and crawl into attics
• A flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends
• Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Responsibilities

• Assess HVAC systems
• Provide expert recommendations
• Conduct airflow analysis
• Perform Manual J load calculations
• Take infrared/static pressure measurements
• Educate customers on their options
• Present solutions tailored to their needs
• Offer financing plans to fit their budget
• Work closely with the install team to ensure a seamless experience
