About The Position

As a HVAC Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and build a high-performing sales team in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HVAC sales experience (2+ years in a management/supervisory role preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership ability with experience managing teams
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales Team: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve aggressive sales goals
  • Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with commercial and/or residential clients; manage key accounts
  • Sales Operations: Manage sales pipelines, forecast accurately, and monitor KPIs and performance metrics
  • Territory Management: Oversee assigned territories; identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain expertise in HVAC systems, equipment, and industry trends
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports; analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, regulations, and industry standards
